It’s that time of year again…time to dust off those skates and get ready for the upcoming skating season. We’ve added new programs and made some fun and energizing changes to our Canskate program. It promises to be an exciting season…we’d love for you to join us!!
Learn to Skate – A beginner program for skaters 3 years of age and up. 30 minute sessions with professional coaching. Excellent introductory program for young hockey or ringette hopefuls.
8 week program - $80.00
offered Monday evenings or Saturday mornings
Now offering Pre-Power. An introduction to Power skating. This gives an opportunity for young newer skaters to develop the necessary skills for Power skating, to assist in their hockey or ringette skills. These 30 minute sessions will be offered on Saturday mornings during the Canskate session. Opportunities for Power Skating will be available later this season.
8 week program - $80.00
Canskate – Beginner skaters up to stage 5. Professional coaching and Program Assistants
Saturday ~ $220.00
Monday ~ $220.00
Both Days - $325.00
CanSynchro – An introductory program to teach the fundamentals of Synchronized skating. Must be registered in a skating program to participate. (no additional fundraising fee)
Wednesday - $75.00
Pre-Junior – This program is designed for skaters working on their higher Canskate badges but would like to progress at a quicker pace. (no additional fundraising fee)
Monday ~ $100.00 in addition to Canskate fees
Junior – Transitional program into Intermediate. Dance is introduced. Professional coaching and
Program Assistants.1 Day per Week - $320.00

Intermediate – Intermediate skaters have finished the Canskate program. Professional
Group coaching is offered. 1 Day per week $320.00
2 Days per Week - $410.00
Senior – Coaching by private lesson only
1 Day per Week - $320.00
2 Days per Week - $410.00
Synchronized Teams
Pre-Novice ~ $400.00 Includes 2 hours on-ice and 1 hour of mandatory off-ice training.
Juvenile ~ $300.00 Includes 1 hour of on-ice and 1 hour of mandatory off-ice training.
Special Olympics – This group skates on Wednesdays. They are required to pay the $31.00 Skate Canada fee at registration and then pay a “per session” fee when they come out.
Fundraising fee: Families with one child will be required to purchase a book of tickets for $40. Families with 2 or more children will be required to purchase 2 books of tickets @ $40 each. This gives you tickets you can sell, or submit yourself, for the Ontario Skaters Promotional Contest.
Family Discount – Registration will be ½ price for third family member.
All registration fees must be paid in full by October 31st 2009 (special arrangements may be made upon request, at the approval of the Executive)

Juvenile Synchro Off-Ice: 9:00-10:00
Canskate: 10:00-11:00
Learn to Skate: 10:00-10:30
Pre-Power Skate: 10:00-10:30
Novice Synchro Off-Ice: 11:00-12:00

Season starts Monday September 28th 2009, and runs until March 2010.
